well wierd things happens when system crash so sound might go crazy in the act of death,
well if u had the card in before watercooling and had no problems, then i would look at the last thing u did.... adding the cooler

one of them is the one i got from a certain someone....but i never noticed it before putting the water block on. Weird thing is my sound goes crazy and squeals and then my video freezes, followed by the blue screen. I have monitored the temperature while playing and it doesn't seem to be too bad, my proccesor gets up to about 60c but my video cards never get above 40

did u have 2 5970 in the box before, or did u add an extra gfx in the box ??

if u had both cards in before without the problem and "only" change is the water cooling i would for sure look at the cooling !!!
try monitor the temp. on the card !
next step would be dis-assample the cooling system from the proc. and check the "attachment" (cooling paste ?)

ok so i keep getting random BSOD. the error i get is 0x0000009c...........hardware failure.............................it started after i added the water block to my second 5970, which makes me think it may be heat related. Problem is it happens randomly any ideas?
