if so, have u ever tried in the search field type: "19km in mi" or "28c in F" works pretty good this google thing
(google are so good in guessing that after u typed "19km in" it already converted it for u)

yesterday we took the "tour the east Elba"
"42km in mi" ("10km in mi" was pure up with parts of 14% climb)
"31c in f"
over "1200m in feet" of hight meters climb ! (nice top speed going down... just a shame it takes longer to go up than down)

it sure was !! but hard.
I have never been cycling so many km on the front small chain-wheel and never carried my bike over so long distance as we did on this ride !!
19km took 3 hours
