Here is my little review of the game.
The game looks very nice, probably could be better on better computers but it seems i can play it all on high settings 1600x1400. I havent tested any large battles yet though, just the environment and some vehicles.
I don't think i found much buggs after the patch, besides some crappy aim of me (could be the copy protection kicking in, not sure), there are some unfinished things in the game.
A few vehicles are missing, or are done on perpose but will be missed allot in the game, take the littlebird for example, fast troups transport helicopter which is very handy. Instead there are only large troup transport choppers available. I'm sure they will add that with a later patch as many ppl are missing it.
Also when flying a UAV and you crash, you die... or when you "eject" from a UAV you sudently are hanging on a parachute. Probably this will change also in the future patches, but it shows the game is released in a rush. Maybe preasure of the publishers, maybe from the community, who knows...
Overall the game looks very nice, i havent tested any missions yet or campaign. Next i will do some tests to make the game look a little sharper as it looks kinda blurred for me and no (or not much) AA, so lines look kinda rough.
It needs for sure something to get used to to play it. It gives a different feel then the original ArmA which needs time to grow i guess.
Overall it looks good and definitly a buy for me when the english version comes out.

Last post from me on this thread:
I bought the game and I think the following about it.
Does it look good: Yes
Do I see bugs which were annoying: No
Are there games without bugs: (most probably) No
Did I already updated to 1.01: Yes (in other words some bugs are solved already)
Did I had problems with the German language: No
Did I change to the English language pack: Yes (since it's more common to play games in English although it wasn't necessary)

What is wrong with my post of the language pack ?
Are you the only one who is allowed to post a link in favor of this game ???
And as a reply to your post:
In my opinion all the upcoming updates/patches which will be in the 'english' version will also be available for the current german version.
So in the end we all end up with the same version, same bugfixes etc etc.

Yes Kof, and we all gave you the reason why we wont get the german version. How hard is it to understand?
We want to play, yes. We been waiting for the release date for a long time. But the german version is not a completed version. The version that comes out the 19th (english language) will be patched and more bug fixes.
BI got forced by the publisher in germany to release the version they had now, even if it included bugs.
Yes i am downloading the german version now (from tpb, if it works I dont know). Its not a matter of not wanting to play or pay for it, its a matter of not spending money on a not completed game. As soon as the english version comes out with all the bugfixes and patches included we will buy it, at least I am.
This is what we explained to you earlier, but you only hear what you want to hear.
