Well depends what the response time given means

Does it mean the true response as in black to black or the fake gray to gray response nowadays used by cheaper manufacturers. Well fake and fake, it's just marketing fooling the consumer a bit

Most displays have btb response around 10ms.

P.S. For anyone considering changing to TFT dont get hung up
on ms too much, I played on a Dell 24" WS 12ms and that was
just as good as my own 22" 5ms monitor.
