he just passed the theory, he still has to show some pratical skill in the final test. So there is still hope for the free world 7th =)
Btw, I think a scored almost 99% in the theory test but I still really cant drive.. but then I took my drivers licence some seven years ago. Seven years without a car that is... Im a lethal weapon at least when it comes to driving weeeeeee
