Is that 6Mb DSL 6 up and down or is uploadspeed lower ?

ok well they called at 8:30 and said a guy would be here in 5-10 minutes. He comes out and fucks around at the box for 10 minutes, says "ok you have to call in and set up the rest". I call and spend 20 minutes on the phone and its finally finished! yay

Ok so at 6 today I find out that the office I was dealing with went home at 5. And yes that's the same place that said it would be up at 6. So now it's time to wait yet again for them to call me at 10:30 tomorrow..... I doubt it

Fucking sweet. After my hours long phone call yesterday I call them back today and they claim that the dsl order was never placed. So now I have to wait till 6pm today to get it back online. Once again it's their mistake but I get punished . Oh well. Laugh it up but their 6mb dsl is only 19.99 a month so at least it will be cheaper

You are referring to the standards of a mobile phone now? The only standards are that they all use the same frequency to they can use the available networks. This is needed for it to be a phone, as far as I know all mobile phones follow there.
We are not talking about macs here, only about mobile phones, and guess what, Android is not a standard for them, luckily

Lol it's a credit card nowhere near it's limit. They said they would call me first thing this morning to get my dsl set back up...... And it's now 12:30 and no call. So Im on the phone yet again

Customerservice can be a bad thing at some big companies. Yes, you're problem will be solved but it will never be a top priority for them

So AT&T screws up my auto pay and cuts off my Internet..... Took 3 hours on the phone and I still have to wait until tomorrow morning to get it turned back on.... And they dont know why it happened
