Woohoo, welcome to the club Snoop :p
Yeah, seems you americans with your crappy network only have problems with the antenna, here I don't have any problems with it at all, not even when taking it in the "death-grip" (I might lose 1 bar, but that's it).
Did it come with 4.1 or 4.02? If it comes with 4.02 then hurry and upgrade to 4.1 (unless you want to unlock it, then maybe wait for the jailbreak being released).
I really like the iPhone, but I would not have gotten it if it wasn't able to be jailbroken (hacked, for all you android-lovers out there who know nothing of iPhone). I haven't found an Android phone yet which i really liked, shame tho, as it surely has potential. But the best thing Apple has, and Android is missing is a decent app store and app-approval process, sometime a bit over-protected but still good.
Enjoy your phone snoop and let me know if you find some nice apps out there.
