Sorry but I've made an agreement... My cousin does the singing and I don't sing... Except when it annoys Kosa, like in roadtrips to a shootingrange far away

The IPSC Song
(Sung to the tune of "YMCA" by The Village People)

Shooter, there's no need to feel down.
I said, Shooter, pick your mag off the ground.
I said, Shooter, it's time to try a new stage
But this time just take it easy.

Shooter, Are You Ready for fun?
I said, Shooter, Stand-by with your gun.
I said, Shooter, hey there, that was the Beep,
Are you deaf or are you dreaming?

Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!

It's fun to shoot with (the) I-P-S-C.
It's fun to shoot with the I-P-S-C.

We have paper and steel,
We have swingers and not,
Hey there, come on and take some shots.

It's fun to shoot with (the) I-P-S-C.
It's fun to shoot with the I-P-S-C.

You can make some new friends,
From all over the world,
There's just no other sport like this.

Shooter, are you listening to me?
I said, Shooter, what do you want to be?
I said, Shooter, making Master is glee,
But you got to know this one thing!

No one does it all by themselves.
I said, Shooter, put your pride on the shelf,
And just come here, to the I-P-S-C.
I'm sure we can help you today.

Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!

It's fun to shoot with (the) I-P-S-C.
It's fun to shoot with the I-P-S-C.
... ,
We have everything for you to enjoy,
You can chill with the girls and boys.

It's fun to shoot with (the) I-P-S-C.
It's fun to shoot with the I-P-S-C.

Have a bundle of fun,
Just by shooting your gun,
Then cry in your beer when done.

Shooter, I was once in your class,
I said, I was, so damn easy to pass.
I saw no way, to get out of my rut,
I was just so close to quitting

That's when someone came up to me,
And said, Shooter, come with me to the range.
There's a sport there, called the I-P-S-C.
They can start you back on your way.

Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!

It's fun to shoot with (the) I-P-S-C.
It's fun to shoot with the I-P-S-C.

We have paper and steel,
We have swingers and not,
Hey there, come on and take some shots.

It's fun to shoot with (the) I-P-S-C.

Sissy

That case costs 353? btw... plus it doesn't fit in the car well. Would always have to turn one of the backseats down... The case that I now have fits just barely in the backseat sideways.

Then again as we go invade Denmark next year (), we have to fold one of the backseats down anyway... hmmmh difficult with all the choices

Heh, i just bought same looking case, it did cost 499,- SEK and it was full of pokerchips and i find it much more comfortable to use at home, inside and warm then running with heavy case at outside cold, rainy finnish weather in some gun range
Plus, i actually can earn some money with it

Well yeah you can get a bad barrel but they usually check the barrels at factory, atleast the better manufacturers. After that it's just trying to find the perfect load. When we go to around ?MOA or sub-?MOA accuracy you can't get a guarantee that a barrel can do it. It takes too much time and effort to find that final accuracy. Sure you can get a "sub MOA" accuracy guarantee but after going into BR kindoff accuracys it's all about trial and error. And even if you dont get the best barrel there are tricks that you can do to get the best of it.

Oh dangit... when I get my new stock I need to buy a new hard case for the rifle too...

yups i know, but sometimes u do get a bad barrel !
I know some places if a test shooting dont give a certain grouping you get a new barrel (or they try to fix it first if its a mounting problem)

I know of a good Scotish company (cant remember the name now, small family firm) actually give the service that if you ship you gun/riffle to them they fit the barrel and testshoot it for you and you get the result, and if the test aint good enough they fix it right away.
There is also an old danish comp which have/had same service

As long as I'll be able to make headshots... 8)

We'll see what it does. Even though LW isn't the best barrel maker out there, but still a good one & I'm not a good benchrest shooter, but still I think that ? MOA is more than possible with that barrel. Like Heggis said: I need to find the right load for it too. After that - Could be a lot better than ? MOA. Even though the trigger of that gun is quite good I'm considering to get another trigger for tuning. When a bolt action rifle shoots full automatic fire, the trigger is perfectly adjusted.

I also need to get that barrel and the stock first.

@ Heggis: You probably will have that stock before I get the barrel...

I don't think it has any guarantees cause they all vary on different things but I would be surprised if it doesn't do ? MOA @200 meters that after a good load has been found.
