Okay pictures of what optics you can get with that smallish amount of cash... If you want big picture, click on the pic...
Starting from the cheapest...
Aimpoint CompC3 2Moa dot
This is ontop of my Browning Buckmark Contour rimfire pistol. Nothing special, pretty many should know what this thing looks like
Moving on to my IPSC Open-class SVI sight. I previously had an OKO-Dot but it broke down so now got a better one
C-More slideride with a 6Moa dot on a Dawson Precision mount
In this picture you see that the mount is one place off.
The reason is that originally I had it in front but the hybrid ports in my gun seen in the pic below (holes in the barrel in bottom right) did some damage to the blastshield protecting the lens.
Damage after 20 rounds. Pretty clear that wasn't gonna shoot a 200 rounds match if it did that kind of damage.
And moving on to the sniperscope
Zeiss Victory Diavari 6-24x56 #63 reticle
the 56 means a 56mm diameter front lens...
Adjustment knobs - parallax, elevation, windage. adjustment for elevation and windage is 5mm/100m/click and whole adjustmentrange for elevation is 160cm@100m and windage 70cm@100m. 1 full turn in the turret is 80 clicks.
The ocular. Hmmmm I dont wear glasses but maybe I should cause at that setting the reticle is clear for my right eye
If someone doesnt know what a turret looks like inside... here are the gears
And here's the reticle #63 looks like, ofcourse it's mildot
And for those (cows ) who think they are safe when it gets dark... Guess again
