I didn't receive an email.

I had some troubles as well joining the group again.
In the end I pressed the button "Play Now For Free" and went on from that.
That button was in a banner from ESPN Pigskin Pick'em somewhere in the middle of the screen.

If it doesn't work then lets get on discord or teamspeak and fix it then.

well i pressed the rejoin but, 3-4 times over the last weeks without any change
I keep getting the rejoin but, when i visit spcows grp page
I assume when i press rejoin it sends an email to the spcows grp admin for accept membership.... that would make sense

So the admin rights are not needed to let you join.
