so when do you guys "pick" ? in last minuet .... so nobody copy u or .....

Nobody can see your picks from games which haven't started.
After the game has started you cannot change (or make) the pick, and only then you can see what others picked.

I pick usually wednesday or thursday, keep in mind:
Games are played on: thursday, sunday and monday
